Order processing
Paid orders are verified before dispatch. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Customers receive the order ID after successful payment.
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A ₹99 delivery charge applies to orders of ₹999 or below.
- Any applicable charge is shown before payment.
Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, courier disruptions, public holidays or incorrect address details may cause delays.
Tracking
When the courier assigns an AWB, tracking details are made available with the order. Customers can also use Track Order on the store with their order ID and registered mobile number.
Address changes
Contact us immediately after ordering. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after a shipment is booked.
