SOLEHUB collects the name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details and payment references needed to process purchases and provide support.
How information is used
- To process, verify, fulfil and track orders.
- To provide customer support, returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and maintain store security.
- To send service messages connected to an order.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. SOLEHUB does not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials.
Service providers
Necessary order information may be shared with payment, courier, authentication and technology providers only to operate the store and fulfil orders.
Retention and choices
Order records may be retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Customers can contact support to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
